Simone is instructor of Strategy in the Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University, where he is deputy director of the BSc. And MSc. in Economics and Management in the creative and cultural industries. He studies the convergence between tech and media sectors and the competitive strategies of large digital platforms. As collaborator of the Entrepreneurship and Strategy Area of Bocconi School of Management, he assists the realization of custom programs on digital transformation.
Over the years, he has developed an in-depth expertise of business transformation processes, with particular reference to highly symbolic industries, which have found themselves coping with the unstoppable digital evolution.
At first, he works in the magazine publishing industry, covering the role of assistant to the General Management, with responsibility for business development and innovation of the revenue model. Subsequently, he builds a professional profile bridging academia and business, by carrying out research projects, consulting and training with companies operating in the ICT, TLC and Media sectors, as well as with institutions and municipalities interested in the strategic renaissance of their territories. He practices rowing, and is passionate about photography and investigative journalism.
