Given the value of a certain project, our contractual proposal always foresees an option at the discretion of the client, for whom we accept to perform our consultancy for a lesser value, but against the recognition of Success Fees. YOU CAN PAY VISIONANDO IN TWO WAYS:
The first is to agree the value of our consultancy and then pay us for the project, as is still done today, in most cases, in the world of consultancy.
The second way, which we prefer, is to recognize us a lump sum of 50% of the effective value of the consultancy against an agreement that awards us 5% of the turnover increases, for a 5-year period, generated by projects that we will define and which, always together with you, we will implement.
